Principal / Senior Principal - Life Sciences Strategy Consulting

On behalf of our client, an international consulting company within Healthcare and Life Sciences, Swisslinx is looking for a Principal / Senior Principal Consultant to join their team in Switzerland. Our client partners with life sciences companies to maximize the commercial value of their products.

Your mission:

- Leading and managing Strategic Consulting projects on a global scale
- Client relationship management
- Projects covering Market Access and Commercialization
- Ensuring the highest standards of analysis, hypothesis and recommendations delivered to clients
- Developing and mentoring junior members of the team
- Active involvement in the full Strategic Consulting Life Cycle - from business development to the post implementation stage

Your profile:

- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in the Strategy Consulting field covering the Life Sciences sector
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences related discipline
- A strong understanding of commercial strategies and needs of clients within the Life Sciences sector is a must
- Exceptional leadership qualities, including the ability to manage project work streams and coach junior team members
- Fluency in English
