Graduate Talent Program 2023, IB GM Digital Platforms - Execution Hub

Your role
Do you like to work in financial markets? Are you a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset? Are you interested in Trading and Trading Technology? Do you enjoy understand processes, drive innovation and change for our trading product? We're looking for someone like that to:
• Lead and coordinate business driven projects, take part in planning and delivery
• Work with traders and other stakeholders to collect feedback and enhancement requirements
• Support the Execution Hub team in various urgent requests and ad hoc queries
• Work with the Business Change team as a delivery partner where appropriate
• Define features/proposed solutions to meet customer expectations, business goals and product objectives
• Define the scope of functionality and measures of success with the business sponsor and key stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering to specify the solution details

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you'll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you'll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you'll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you'll get to know us.

You'll be part of the Execution Hub Product Specialist Team in Zurich, focused on providing business projects, product coverage, design and change capabilities. You'll be working closely with the Execution Hub team and Business Change team to drive the product offering forward. As a product manager, you'll collaborate across divisions and functions to help developing the Execution Hub business in Switzerland.

Your expertise
You need to have completed your bachelor's or master's degree.

In particular, you have:
• An interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
• A flexible, open-minded, and cooperative personality with a business mindset
• An interest in financial markets and trading technology
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving with strong process and data analytics skills
• Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
• A structured work style, confident working autonomously
• Ideally gained some experience in data science through courses, projects or work experience
