Senior Embedded Software Engineer / Ingenieur

We are hiring for a clients of ours, an IT company with over 30 years of experience and knowhow in the field, offering solutions in the development of software and hardware for large Swiss and international clients.
They solve customer problems by creating sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing customer needs and working out the requirements
• Design, architecture, implementation and testing of applications with C/C++ for embedded systems in industry or medical technology
• Work in interdisciplinary teams in the branch, in the home office or with the customer

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science (ETH, FH)
• Hands on experience in developing embedded software with C/C++/Python, including unit and integration testing
• Experience with embedded operating systems (Linux or Zeyphr)
• Knowledge of the application of software engineering methods and techniques with the help of Design Patterns, Clean Code, OOA/OOD and DevOps
• Responsible and solution oriented
• Interested in further training
• Proficient in English is a must and German skills should be at least intermediate
