Technical Product Owner Microsoft Exchange

On behalf a market leading company with a globally recognised brand, Swisslinx are looking for a MS Exchange Engineer with the ability to take ownership for the messaging services across the organisation, based in St Gallen.

As a key part of their Digital Workplace Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's messaging solutions to the next level with a strong security focus. You own the messaging services and drive planning and executing the overall roadmap along with other team members.

• Ensure stable operation and continuous improvement while defining and implementing the vision and future roadmap of our global messaging landscape.
• Drive a variety of topics across the project lifecyle - from onboarding new business requirements and breaking them down into actionable plans, as well as designing purpose architecture and security and before ensuring a successful implementation.
• Lead and technically implement high-visibility projects, working closely with various teams within IT Infrastructure, Architecture & Governance, various decision makers, and external suppliers like Microsoft.
As the perfect candidate you are a collaborative and proactive candidate with a broad experience on Microsoft 365 implementations. You will possess the following skills and experience:
• Several years of professional experience working with Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid infrastructures covering topics such as architecture design, development, and management of complex implementation
• Experience with other messaging solutions or messaging security solutions and their integration into Microsoft M365 environments
• Proven ability to understand business and security requirements and translate them into reliable and value-creating technical solutions.
• Fluency in English
