Analyst Real Estate m/w/d

• Unterstützung der Bauprojektleiter und Senior Manager bei allen Aufgaben und Prozessen im Team
• Projektassistenz und Begleitung der Bauprojektleiter zur Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsüberwachung der Sanierungs- und Neubauprojekten
• Abgleich der Baubuchhaltungen und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Schlussabrechnungen
• Konsolidierung von Investmentplanungen, Jahresbudget, Cashflow Prognosen und Erstellen von Reports für das gesamte Immobilien Portfolio
• Managen und Steuern des quartalsweisen Reviews der Bauprojekte
• Vorbereitung, Steuerung und Protokollierung von Abteilungs-/Teamsitzung inkl. Nachbearbeitung und Bewirtschaftung Pendenzen
• Unterstützung bei Bauausschreibungen und Arbeitsvergaben sowie Koordination der Submissionsprozesse
• Bewirtschaftung der Vergabedokumentation und der Werkverträge
• Bewirtschaftung der Bau-Garantiescheine
• Bearbeitung und Finalisierung von Präsentationen, Businessplänen und Berichten
• Involvierung in globale Reportings und Präsentationen

Your Profile

• abgeschlossene bautechnische Grundausbildung idealerweise mit Weiterbildung z.B. im Immobilienbereich oder Prozessmanagement
• Interesse an Entwicklungs- und Bauprozessen
• Fähigkeit zum eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten
• Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, vorzugsweise im Real Estate Management
• Sehr gute MS Office Anwenderkenntnisse (Cash-flow Analysen und Forecast, Word, insbesondere Powerpoint und Excel)
• Fundierte analytische Fähigkeiten und vernetztes Denken mit hoher Selbständigkeit
• Organisationstalent, effiziente Arbeitsweise, belastbar
• Dienstleistungsorientiert, engagiert, positive Einstellung, kommunikativ, professionell
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise kombiniert mit guten Französischkenntnissen
