On behalf of our client, a leading Swiss private bank, Swisslinx is looking for an Assistant - Banking Operations / Cash Desk to join the local team in Zurich. In this service-oriented role you would be responsible for assisting the team on various tasks as well as maintain contact with clients and employees specifically related to cash services and operations.
The position would be temporary for 2 years initially with the possibility of a subsequent extension.
Your Role: - Safe Operations: Manage all queries related to safekeeping coming from clients and employees - Process securities: in- and out-coming securities, e.g. metals, coins, cheques and manage transportation of such by post or third parties - Office Management: Ensure colleagues always have access to all office supplies needed - Mail Distribution: Distribute all incoming mail across teams in Zurich and prepare outgoing mail - Ad-hoc Support: Assist the Zurich teams all various ad-hoc requests
Your Profile: - 2-3 years working experience within financial services - Commercial Apprenticeship (KV) successfully completed - Native German (C2), business fluent English; French skills would be a plus - Professional communication style with a solution-oriented work approach
