We Offer
  • You an exciting role as a Business Application Owner & Project Manager of the Formalities Control Center application (FCC Portal)
  • This is a crucial tool for Compliance Operations as it is used to handle the majority of formalities and Know Your Client reviews for all Switzerland booked clients
  • This role also partners with the Chief Credit Officer (CCO) Functional Architecture team to define the future strategy for the tool in the context of numerous ongoing digitization initiatives as well as to drive its future transformation
  • Overall, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the application by:
  • Acting as a Single Point of Contact and Subject Matter Expert
  • Closely partnering with various business partners such as Compliance Operations, Client Identification and Front Inquiries
  • Assessing incoming change requests in terms of feasibility and impact on the application and if applicable proposing adequate alternatives
  • You will plan the implementation of business requirements / change requests as part of regular application releases depending on their urgency, anticipated benefits and implementation costs as well as on the availability of IT resources
  • Ensuring the existence of appropriate requirements specifications, test cases as well as operating manuals for both business and IT
  • You will inform internal clients and senior management on time about upcoming major releases and new functionalities
  • Conducting required user trainings will also be your responsibility
  • Providing support with task force activities and clean up actions in the event of operational problems such as adjustments (mass case cancellations or uploads)
  • Ensuring access control by defining, reviewing and approving the required application access rights
  • Handling ad hoc reporting requests
  • Open to discussing flexible/ agile working

You Offer
  • A completed degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Technology or a related field
  • A deep understanding of technology as well as solid project management and stakeholder management skills combined with a focus on details
  • You have 3-6 years experience in an Application Ownership, Project Management or Business Integration role
  • The ability to learn fast and become familiar with new concepts, systems, processes and regulations
  • You have a structured thinking and the skill to simplify complex interdependencies for visualization and decision purposes
  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and a self-starter attitude who is able to work collaboratively across cultures in a global environment
  • Your strong interpersonal and communication skills, incl. the ability to work independently with partners from multiple regions, backgrounds and levels (Staff to Managing Directors) enables you to quickly gain trust and build up effective relationships
  • Very good command of the English language; German skills are of advantage
