Our client is a strongly growing private equity-backed schools business based in Verbier, CH. The company is on an exciting growth path and is now looking to hire a COO. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of the smooth running of the school. There will be an allocation of shares to this individual ready for a possible flotation or sale of the business.

In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of the smooth running of the school. There will be an allocation of shares to this individual ready for a possible flotation or sale of the business.
What the job involves
- Ensure smooth running of the school
- Support group CEO in operationalizing the ongoing growth story of the business organically/through acquisition
- Ensure correct and optimum staffing levels
- Architecting systems roll outs and process improvements
- University degree in business administration, finance or related disciplines
- Strong preference for consulting experience from tier one strategic consultancy
- High performer, willing to work hard in a growing business
- You are motivated, hands-on with an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English is required, other languages are a bonus
- The role is open to EU and Swiss citizens
