Finance Associate - FinTech

Swisslinx has been mandated to search for a Finance Associate to join a Fintech Company that advises clients worldwide in the digital transformation such as banks, asset managers, family offices, funds, hedge funds and insurance companies. In this position you will be supporting operational finance topics as well as participating in companywide projects.

Your responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
• Assisting the CEO/CFO and the Finance Manager in all finance related matters
• Electronic invoicing
• Repayment triggering
• Payment delinquencies
• Accounts payable processing
• Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
• Service charge calculations

Required Skills:
• 2+ years' experience in relevant field
• University Degree
• Profound knowledge in international transactions / invoicing, accounts payable and financial reporting's
• Strong knowledge in MS Office especially Excel
• Independent, structured and result-oriented way of working
• Fluency in English
• Swiss residency or work permit
