Firewall Engineer (HYBRID)

We are looking for a German and English-speaking Firewall Engineer with hands-on experience
in firewall engineering and design to start as soon as possible.

About our client

Our client is one of the leading wealth management companies in Switzerland based in Zurich.

This is a contracting role until the end of this year with the potential to extend thereafter. In this role
it is possible to work from home twice a week.

Duties and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• L1 and L2 support of the firewall, VPN's and IPS
• Developing and maintaining the support processes and tools for the global
firewall infrastructure
• Looking after supplier relationships
• Contribute in the firewall operations and maintenance
• Available seven days a week for on-call duty when needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in firewall engineering and design
• Routing, VLAN and multicase network experience
• Experience working for a global company
• Experience with Fortigate Firewalls will be advantageous
• Business proficiency in English
