The Opportunity:

• We are looking for Graduates with an interest in technology, financial services, life sciences, and/or sales. Our clients include pharmaceutical companies, banks, insurers and re-insurers, management consultants, commodity trading firms and multinationals.
• A varied role as a Recruiter responsible for identifying suitable candidates in Switzerland and internationally: approach, selection and qualification of candidates; active involvement in sales tasks; developing and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Quick progression within sales towards Recruitment Consultant and specialisation in the technology, financial services, or life sciences sectors. Year 2 earnings potential exceeds CHF 80k, year 3 exceeds CHF 90k.

Skills & Background:
• Higher education degree (preferably in a relevant discipline)
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong team player
• Solid understanding and interest in technology, life sciences, or financial services
• Professional attitude with solid multi-tasking skills
• Entrepreneurial "can-do" attitude and natural sales drive
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, German or French advantageous
