Your role
Are you digital? Do you understand business processes combined with an interest in technology? If you are a fast learner and would like to work in a dynamic & agile project environment, then we have a highly interesting role for you. We're looking for someone like you to contribute to our digital transformation with the following focus:

• Your objective will primarily consist in increasing efficiency by simplifying, digitizing, and automating business processes
• At the pulse of digitalization within UBS, you will be involved in various initiatives and will take the lead for concrete implementation proposals and project progress tracking
• You will work closely with our efficiency teams, managing various end-2-end change activities including identification of pain points and opportunities, and elaborating business cases and stakeholder presentations. You will have plenty of opportunities to demonstrate and improve your knowledge and expertise in an agile working environment

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you'll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you'll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you'll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you'll get to know us.

You will work in the Ideation & Incubation team of the Center of Excellence (CoE) Process Optimization & Automation, at the Digital Factory in Zurich. The CoE is part of the COO division of UBS Switzerland and drives digitization and end-to-end automation projects (e.g., through front-to-back process automation by deploying Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, etc.). The range of tasks and responsibilities is wide and ranges from analytical tasks to people topics, on to coordinating deliverables and key information for the various digital projects. In addition, you support the team head in developing new conceptual & strategic initiatives, thus giving you interesting insights into project planning and management of digital projects at UBS.

Your expertise
You need have completed your bachelor's or master's degree.

In particular, you have:
• good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you're a people person)
• an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
• a structured work style, confident working autonomously
• a good command of Microsoft Office and are a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
• fluency in English (German an asset)
