Group Accounting & Reporting Manager

We are pleased to collaborate with a fast-growing company active on a global scale, in finding a Group Accounting & Reporting Manager.

As a member of the Group Finance team, reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for Group reporting, ensure monthly inventories and assets accounting.

Your Responsibilities:

-You are responsible for the Group Reporting and GL accounting of the company, from periodic reporting in IFRS to the follow up of provisions and entry of financial hedges
-You track capital expenditures at the BU, entity, and company level and proceed to the entries of periodic depreciations
-You support the FP&A teams by increasing the reporting efficiency: P&L structure, alternative hierarchies, and all respective controls
-You ensure monthly SOX controls for a range of processes and actively collaborate with the controlling team
-You provide expertise to optimize the use of the systems to reduce monthly workload and you continuously seek improvements in all areas of the Management Reporting function
-You perform periodic activities related to inventories of materials for each business unit and you coordinate the yearly physical inventory
-You ensure compliance with accounting and financial standards including IFRS and SOX
-You support global chart of accounts and master data governance

Your Profile:

-You hold a high degree in finance and accounting, such as a Swiss Certified Accountant and/or Expert Federal diploma or a master's degree in Finance
-You have a demonstrated experience between 5 and 10 years in finance and/or accounting. An experience in an industrial environment is an advantage
-You speak both French and English at an advanced level and you can work in both languages
-You have advanced Excel skills and you master the use of financial ERPs (SAP and Power BI an advantage)
-You show excellent organization skills, you can work under pressure and work effectively on different topics
-You are a team player, with ability to organize, prioritize tasks. Leading and project management skills are all qualities that will allow you to succeed
