HR Administration and Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) - 100%
For our client, an established airline in the Zurich area, we are looking for an organized, flexible and detail-oriented person to take over the full responsibility of HR and Payroll administration. If you are a conscientious and experienced professional in the field, this position might be the next step of your career.
Your responsibilities
In this position you will be the only responsible for HR administration and payroll. More in details, you will take care of:
• Control and implementation of all HR administration processes
• Contracts administration of entries, exits and changes
• First point of contact for HR issues of employees and superiors
• Monthly payroll processing, time management and social insurance
• Compliance with wage-relevant regulations and maintenance of wage-relevant data in the master data system
• Update and maintain HR databases and dashboards and ensure data integrity
• Collaboration in HR projects as well as independent optimization of HR admin processes and services

Your profile
You have completed commercial training with further training in human resources (HR assistant/Payroll specialist/federal HR Diploma). You also bring with you:
• Proven professional experience in HR administration and payroll
• Solid knowledge of Swiss employment law
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Confident German and very good written and spoken English, other languages are a plus
• Organizational flair and excellent interpersonal and team skills
• Independent, conscientious and careful way of working
