HR Data Analyst - Workday HCM

On behalf of our client, a leading Swiss Private Bank, Swisslinx is looking for a HR Data Analyst to strengthen the team based in Zurich. In this role you would deliver end-to-end reporting, analytics and dashboards from Workday HCM. This would be a temporary position for 12 months and start on the 01/05/2023.

Your Responsibilities:
- Help the organization to improve decision making processes and employee experience
- Lead data related projects like building self-service dashboards
- Use Workday Prism to source data enhancing processing and analytical capabilities
- Work with a variety of stakeholders including HR, Finance and Business Transformation teams
- Apply other business intelligence tools and technologies
- Deliver statistical models to support organization with insights on their people

Your Profile:
- 4+ years' experience with Workday HCM / Prism including security, reporting and dashboard functionalities
- Conceptual and problem-solving skills with great understanding of data analytics
- Working experience with Tableau and Dataiku are a big plus
- Decent understanding of the private banking industry
- Full business fluency in English, German is a plus
