We are looking for a highly motivated People Manager - HR Generalist who is ready take on this interesting role.
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing a diverse talent pipeline and employer branding activities globally across the group
Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process: prepare job advertisements, source talents actively, schedule and conduct interviews/assessments, attend career events
Responsible for Learning & Development programmes, encourage personal and professional development, promote a positive workplace culture
Assess development needs and evaluate training opportunities and offerings
Coordinate and supervise health and wellbeing programmes, including team events
Handle administrative tasks for all employee lifecycle processes end-to-end (e.g., on- and offboarding, employment contracts, agreements, reference letters, etc)
Support the setup, the implementation and optimisation of HR processes and assist in HR projects
Your profile
HR Education or equivalent practical experience with passion for people and culture
3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment
Proactive, result-driven approach with problem-solving skills, ability to create a culture of diversity and inclusivity
Detail-oriented and highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and positive energy
Passion for sustainability and entrepreneurial attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1)
