IT Business Analyst - Banking Consulting

We are looking for a German speaking IT Business Analyst / Consultant with banking experience on behalf of our client, a well-respected player in the Swiss consulting scene.

Our client is looking for someone with a flair for Business Analysis within the banking world, to be a customer facing driver of projects and make an impact with their end clients. You'll fill the gap between IT and the business, liaising with both sides to create a beautiful end product in each project. Generally speaking, our client's focus is on the customisation of off-the-shelf customer advice solutions.
About our client:

Our client is a professional IT and Finance consulting boutique based in Zurich. This is a permanent position for a go-getter who wants to build on their existing experience to make an impact and take on responsibility.

Duties and responsibilities

• Requirement gathering and software integration together with the IT experts
• Representing the company on site at the client and managing expectations
• Running workshops
• Creating roadmaps based on the business process and the customers' requirements
• Creating and executing test cases
• Escalation of any problems where relevant
• Supporting the expansion of the banking division within the company
• Travelling when required within Switzerland
• end to end project coverage

Skills & Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years' experience as a BA or Requirements Engineer in Banking
• Proficient with process and test management
• Able to communicate the customer's feedback to the necessary stakeholders
• Experience in banking consulting
• Good knowledge of Agile methodology
• Strong communication skills in German and English
