IT Service Support Specialist (Senior)

On behalf of our Client, a well-established company active in the banking and financial industry, Swisslinx is looking for a senior IT Service Support Specialist.

This is an initial 18 months contract position with possibility of extension. The position, based in Zurich, involves 100% of working capacity.

Working from home some days a week is possible as our Client has a hybrid working policy.

A quick glance to the function of the role:
• IT service support professional with knowledge on senior level of multifunction printer technology as well as Microsoft software.

We are excited to get to know you for this opportunity if your background looks like as followed:
• Windows 10/11.
• Windows 2019 Server.
• Kofax product (Kofax Control Suite, Kofax Eqitrac, Kofax AutoStore).
• Solid knowledge of HP (HP WebJet Admin, HP Security Manager).
• Experience in troubleshooting of complex printer and print server related issues.
