Receiving incidents and questions via the internal IT service desk.
Processing of all kinds of IT support requests from internal customers.
Processing tickets according to the ITIL process framework.
Record, classify, prioritize and process the reported incidents and questions in the internal ticketing system.
Solving incidents, if necessary escalating to 2nd level support.
Identification of potentials and implementation of process optimizations to continuously improve the service.
Implementation of training courses on topics in your own work area.
Creation and updating of the knowledge management database.
Creation of instructions and videos.
Background in Computer scientist (EFZ or similar qualification)
Service desk know-how
MS Windows 10
MS Azure (nice to have)
Fluent in German & English, other languages an advantage
