Investor Relations Associate - Zurich

The Investor Relations Associate will have the following responsibilities:

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships to establish investors’ immediate and ongoing information requirements and responds to them in the most efficient way.
• Assist with the production of investor welcome packs and distribution of formal communications.
• Collaborate with fund managers and compliance managers to prepare tailored company RFPs.
• Prepare investor valuations and monthly, quarterly or annual portfolio performance returns.
• Update and maintain the company website on a monthly and ad-hoc basis.
• Opportunity to support high-impact and complex projects e.g. funds in the launch period, active marketing campaigns and investor initiatives.

The Investor Relations Associate will require the following skillset:

• Strong academic background, up to degree level.
• 2+ years experience within asset management in any of the following areas: Investor Relations/ Client Service/ RFP/ Reporting
• Proven project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
