Junior Business Developer / Entwickler - Swiss German Desk

Our client, a fast-growing international FinTech company, is looking for a Junior Business Developer to join their Zürich based team. As part of a young team you will take part in the expansion of the Swiss German desk, developing the brand and client base in Switzerland.

Responsibilities:
- Acquire, maintain and develop client relationships in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, with focus on export-oriented SMEs
- Take part in the entire sales process from cold calling to onboarding
- Find new business opportunities by researching the fields of life sciences, mechanics and electronics as well as multinational companies
- Take part in various business events to retain new clients and network

Qualifications:
- First experiences in sales, preferably in similar field
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or Swiss apprenticeship
- Native German and fluent in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to sales and personal as well as professional growth within a growing business
