Real Estate Asset Portfolio Manager m/w/d

• Verantwortung für die Führung und die betriebswirtschaftlichen Resultate des zugeteilten Immobilien-Portfolios von Geschäftsliegenschaften, teils auch Wohnliegenschaften in der Westschweiz (Region Genfersee)
• Erarbeiten und Umsetzen der erarbeiteten Objektstrategien einschliesslich Finanzplanung, Marketing- und Vermietungsaktivitäten, Steuern der Bewirtschaftungsfirmen und andere externe Dienstleister
• Beobachtung des regionalen Immobilienmarktes und Erkennung von ganzheitlichen Chancen und Risiken zur nachhaltigen Optimierung der Liegenschaftenperformance
• Unterstützung bei Immobilientransaktionen und Festlegen deren Objektstrategien
• Bewertung von Liegenschaften
• Vorbereitung, Verhandlungsführung und Abschluss von relevanten Geschäftsmietverträgen
• Entwicklung von neuen Business Ideen im Bereich Real Assets
• Unterstützung im internationalen Berichtswesen

Your Profile

• Hochschulabschluss in Architektur, Ingenieurwesen, Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft, oder ähnlich und idealerweise eine Weiterbildung im Immobilienbereich
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Asset- oder Investment Manager, VermarktungsspezialistIn, MieterrepräsentantIn, oder Real Estate Manager, idealerweise mit Know-how in Geschäftsliegenschaften
• Unternehmerisch denkende und ergebnisorientierte Person, die Herausforderungen positiv angeht und mit kreativem Geist Lösungen erarbeitet und diese überzeugend vertritt
• Sicheres, vertrauenswürdiges Auftreten mit Verhandlungsgeschick
• Erfahrung in der Anwendung von konventionellen und finanztechnischen Bewertungsmethoden (DCF)
• Solide und praxisbezogene Rechtskenntnisse
• Fähigkeit im Team und in einem internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten
• Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Französisch- sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
