Responsibilities
Developing and executing innovative sales and business development strategies to promote growth of our European NiSO4 Production
Prospecting new NiSO4 customers in a young, and fast-growing industry primarily in Europe, but also in Asia and the United States
Developing Strategic Partnerships with EV Manufacturing companies
Managing Sales cycle from prospecting, offering, negotiating and closing Sales contracts, to ensuring the continued satisfaction of new and existing customers
Developing industry insight and knowledge, through analysis of relevant competitor and industry data, attending trade shows, conferences when required
Ensuring adherence to a sales process through close collaboration with Operations, Risk and Finance teams
Monitoring market trends to capitalize on new opportunities
Requirements
7-15 years’ experience in automotive industry, metals industry
Knowledge of battery market which specific focus on Nickel and Cobalt
Strong network of industry and government contacts
Strong technical knowledge of Lithium-Ion Battery cell chemistry and packs / modules, to work with PhD, Engineers, CTO’s, CEO’s
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to travel internationally
Ability to effectively collaborate with team members on a remote basis
