Job description:

Our Strategy and Transactions Real Estate team, based in Zurich and Geneva works with clients to assist them in the areas of real estate valuation, transactions and strategic advisory projects. To support the expansion of our real estate consulting team, we are looking for a (Senior) Consultant based in Zurich.

Your key responsibilities

• To be an actor in large-scale and innovative projects in the real estate field;
• Integration in the management of our real estate projects/mandates with our clients in Switzerland;
• Control of costs, deadlines and quality of projects;
• Organize external and internal stakeholders (architects, technical planners, IT, logistics, etc.) in the context of our mandates;
• Participate in "Workplace Transformation" sustainability or digitalization consulting for external client companies;
• Consulting on strategy, organization and processes in real estate management for private and public clients;
• Participation in the development and implementation of real estate transformation projects that will create value for companies and employees.

 

Skills and attributes for success

• A university degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting or Real Estate (Bachelor or Master) is a prerequisite;
• Fluency in both English AND German. Additional languages a plus;
• Initial professional experience within the Swiss real estate market a plus;
• Affinity for ESG, digitalization and transformation projects in connection to the real estate field;
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling a plus);
• Excellent analytical skills and a structured way of working;
• Open-minded and dynamic personality.
