Senior Legal Counsel Wealth Management/ Digital Investing (80-100%)

Are you interested in being part of a small professional legal team that tackles the daily legal challenges in the areas of wealth management and digitalization and develops solutions?
For our legal team we are looking for a dynamic, independent, and versatile lawyer with relevant experience, who is convincing, interested in technological developments and ready to take on responsible and challenging tasks in a broad international legal environment.

What you will be responsible for:

• Day-to-day contact for legal matters of the Wealth Management and Digital Investing client units - in Switzerland, the EU and the rest of the world
  
• Responsibility for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing (special) contracts with clients and business partners as well as for client contracts
  
• Independent legal support of projects/launch of new products
  
• Legal review of marketing materials
  
• Handling of official inquiries from national and international authorities
  
• Coordination and contact with external attorneys and specialists
  

This is you:

• Degree from a Swiss university (licentiate or master's in law)
  
• Swiss bar exam as well as further education (e.g., dissertation or LL.M.) advantageous
  
• At least 3 - 4 years of professional experience as a corporate lawyer in the financial services sector or in a law firm (ideally within Wealth Management)
  
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English; French and Italian additionally desired
