(Senior) Manager - Financial Advisory (m/w/d)

For our client, a top performer within the Auditing, Tax and Consulting business, we are looking for a dynamic character to fill the (Senior) Manager role.
Wanted: an individual with experience in transaction services, deal advisory, due diligence, M&A or valuation alongside with particular talent and track record in business development. Your Duties

• Execute complex and exposed valuation and corporate finance mandates in the role of a project leader
• Take on the management of a team of specialists depending on project requirements, manage client relationships and cooperate with internal partners in various service lines
• Support national as well as international transaction advisory mandates in the area of valuation, business modeling, M&A, corporate finance and due diligence
• Play a central role in business development initiative

Your profile

• Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance/ similar Degree and additional Certification Swiss CPA/ CFA
• Minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience, preferably in valuation and corporate finance covering mandates in medium to large sized companies in Switzerland
• Profound experience in valuation and financial modeling preferably of a medium to large sized accounting firm, M&A or experience in Corporate Finance with an international bank
• You're experienced in leading a team and are known for your talent and activities in driving business development forward
• Experience in conducting due diligence projects is a plus
• Fluent German and English skills are mandatory, French is a bonus
