Join us as Solution architect and tech lead in Custody Services technology team, taking ownership of leading a team of software engineers and delivering features for Mainframe and OpenShift hosted applications in Custody Services space by coordinating with application teams and business key partners with end-to-end responsibility from conception phase through to development and final rollout. In addition, your responsibilities also include ensuring stability of the platform and processes for Custody Services offerings to the various segments of bank's client.

Your skills and experience
The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated and hands-on Solution Architect who is well equipped with the interpersonal and technical skills to carry out the various activities spanning all the phases during the Software-Development Life Cycle including analyzing system and user requirements, technical analysis and design, building, testing, and deploying software components.

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience with desirable IT degree is essential
• A successful project/product implementation with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Pair programming and Test-Driven Development
• Understand the existing technology & implementation of business application and recommend the strategy to develop & deliver with strategic architecture recommendations
• Proven track record of technical leadership - results oriented, self-driven approach, outstanding communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in OOP design patterns, Java, SpringBoot, REST/SOAP Web service, JMS and Kafka, Oracle Database. Previous experience in Mainframe Technologies - PL/1, DB2, MQ, JCL is a plus
• Ability to work optimally under challenging deadlines - ability to multitask, supporting applications, production stability
