System Engineer / Ingenieur - IT Service Management (BMC)

We are looking for an ITSM System Engineer with excellent Engineering experience in BMC Remedy and Atrium. In this role your main responsibility is to look after the BMC Remedy platform and play a major role in the planned upgrade to Helix next year.

About our client

Our client is one of the leading Fintech companies in Switzerland and is based in Zurich.
This is a permanent position and it is possible to do a mixture of remote- and in-office work, however you will need to be based in or near Zurich.

Duties and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Responsible for the smooth running of the BMC Remedy and Atrium system
• Work on the cutting-edge upgrade to BMC Helix next year
• Continued enhancement of the ITSM system
• Responsible for new version releases and white-papers
• User support

Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant Degree or Diploma
• 5+ years' experience with BMC Remedy - you need to really know your stuff
• Any experience with BMC Helix will be advantageous
• Fluent English is essential, any German skills are a plus

Tech stack: CMDB, Atrium Integrator, Pentaho Spoon, BMC Webservices/Tool Integration
