You have the unique and challenging opportunity to be part of this evolutionary journey in the area of Client Tax Reporting / Calculation within the Tax Solutions team, which focuses on global tax regulatory reporting (e.g., QI regime) and production of client tax reports for various countries. As a trusted partner, you will closely collaborate along the process with multiple business and internal/third-party technology stakeholders, which will allow you to establish a wide global network. In your role of Client Tax Product Owner, you will drive the constant transformation to keep the various processes and applications up-to-date based on the latest tax regulations. You will own the backlog of the tax applications and constantly liaise with key stakeholders to determine and agree on backlog priorities, manage risks, and identify opportunities for improvement.

The Tax Solutions Product Owner (PO) team is part of the Chief Technology & Operations Office (CTOO), and the team is composed of Product Owners for various tax applications which are all interconnected. The CTOO is at the core of the ongoing transformation towards the new Credit Suisse, as it plays a central role to carry-out high-quality and efficient banking services to clients and tax authorities worldwide. You will become part of an inspiring team with many highly skilled specialists and get an opportunity to work in an agile and truly international environment. More concretely, besides the interaction with the other POs, you will work on a day-to-day basis with the business users e.g., with Tax Operations or the various Tax SMEs to discuss the strategic priorities for your tax applications, and then feed this into the product backlog of 1-2 IT Scrum Teams. Your skills and experience
We are facing an interesting time to build the new Credit Suisse. On this journey, we are aiming for colleagues with a can-do spirit and who are willing to drive changes with an agile mindset as well as:

• Proven track record as an agile product owner and/or business analyst
• Higher education or degree in business, economics, banking, mathematics, IT, or the sciences
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services/ technology, ideally a combination of operational roles and project management roles; any additional experience in authority tax reporting area is an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to details, and transparent working style with frequent communication
• High level of stakeholder management skills at all hierarchical levels
• Strong communication skills, proficiency in English, German would be an advantage, to ensure clarity and elicitation of business requirements
• Proficient in Odyssey JIRA/Confluence, and MS PowerPoint/Excel
