Tech Lead and .NET Developer / Entwickler

We are looking for an experienced tech lead that likes to motivate and develop a team of local and non-local developers, that is also hands-on developing in Microsoft .NET, developing web services and REST API's.

If you enjoy mentoring and developing a team to their full potential, but you still like to be involved in the development, coding and design of a product, this role is for you!

About our client

Our client is an international tech/tertiary Company based in Zurich. This is a hybrid role, however you will need to live in or close to Zurich. Unfortunately, candidates looking for a 100% remote position within or outside of Switzerland, will not be considered.

Duties and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Leading and growing a team of Software Developers by hiring, mentoring and motivating them, so to enable them to reach their full potential
• Delivering of quality products
• Ensure best practices of Software Development are followed

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and speaking)
• 3+ years' experience as a Team Leader
• 2+ years' experience developing software in Microsoft .NET
• Experience doing presentations to various stakeholders
