Controller (m/f) 100%

We are currently looking for the position as Controller (m/f/d) 100%. The group in fact has around 25 legal entities in Switzerland and others all over the world. The controlling team is looking for someone who has possibly already gathered experience in tourism.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establishing policies and identifying opportunities to enhance existing workflows.
• Generating monthly reports comparing actual financial results with budgets across various business sectors, conducting variance analysis, and providing recommendations to enhance overall performance.
• Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reported information.
• Supporting decision-making processes by providing relevant financial insights and analysis.
• Developing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Reviewing onboard controls and conducting stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assisting in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.

Skills and Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in either accounting or finance, with a solid grasp of fundamental accounting principles.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the finance field, preferably within an international environmental setting.
• Possess prior experience in the tourism, hospitality, hotels, or cruise industries, which would be a big advantageous.
• Showcase expertise in analytical thinking and financial control methods.
• Exhibit advanced skills in Excel, enabling efficient data analysis and reporting.
• Communicate effectively, with exceptional clarity in explaining financial concepts and matters.
• Display fluency in both English, (German a big plus).
