For our client, an international manufacturing company, who supports business partners with services such as financing, logistics, storage, risk management and market intelligence, we are looking for a Senior System Engineer including responsibility of a support team.

(Groupleader) Senior System Engineer for industrial projects such as capacity expansions and infrastructure with experience in MS365 in the Canton of Zug
Responsibilities:
In this role you will work in an IT infrastructure team which is responsible for operating and maintaining the existing Microsoft server and cloud infrastructure. In addition to your technical tasks you will provide leadership and guidance of a IT support team.

You will also take on other responsibilities such as:

• Actively contribute to the organization's transformation towards Microsoft's modern collaboration architecture and the adoption of further cloud-based business services
• Efficiently translate business requirements into IT concepts and facilitate their implementation
• Monitoring and Maintenance of Microsoft Cloud Services
• Creation of Reports and Automation Scripts
• Documentation of Solutions and related Processes

Your profile:
To cope with the tasks you have experience in working as Microsoft System Engineer or Cloud Engineer with a good understanding of cloud concepts. Ideally you have a university degree in computer science (University of applies sciences, University) or equivalent education/further education in computer science. Alternatively you have several years of equivalent work experience. A valid permanent work permission for Switzerland is mandatory.

In addition, you can demonstrate knowledge of the following points:

• Profound knowledge in MS365 (Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams...), Azure AD, Cloud Security (MFA/Conditional Access...)
• Experience in the area of "Modern Workplace Management (Intune)" and Azure Automation
• Analytical and structured mindset, with a focus on solving problems
• High sense of responsibility, commitment and reliability
• Self-motivated and proactive personality to drive initiatives
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills in English, written and spoken
