IBKR Financial Services AG, in Zug, Switzerland, is looking for a motivated and driven HR professional who is willing to roll back their sleeves and go beyond. In this role, you will be part of a team that is building one of the world’s strongest brokerage brands. Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entire HR/personnel administration for our office in Switzerland and Luxembourg.
  • Responsible for administration of employee information from point of entry through the full life cycle of the employee including; issuing contracts, onboarding, writing certificates, maintenance of personnel files, etc.
  • Managing the payroll processing and administration for Switzerland and Luxembourg in collaboration with an external payroll agency. Responsible for the controlling of the monthly payroll for our European offices in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Ireland, UK, Hungary and Estonia
  • Participate in HR/personnel related projects and internal process optimizations
  • Responsible for the Absence Management system for our European offices in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Ireland, UK, Hungary and Estonia
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors to answer employee queries on HR related issues.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work experience in a similar HR role in an international company  
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Swiss payroll processing
  • Commercial apprenticeship or university, further education in HR is advantageous
  • Self-organized team player with a great eye for details
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (verbal and written) are a must; any other language is a plus
  • Proficient user of MS-Office applications, especially Excel
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks for completion within existing time constraints
  • High degree of comfort and fluency with computers and technology
  • Independent, punctual and careful working methods
  • Motivated and trustworthy personality
