Receptionist and Office Manager Zug
On behalf of our client, an established financial services company in Zug, we are looking for a Receptionist/Office Manager with an hands-on and independent attitude.
You will be part of a multicultural company, centrally located and with free-lunch at their premises.
- Welcoming guests and preparing meetings
- Handling calls and correspondence
- Ordering office supplies and ensuring smooth functioning of the premises
The ideal candidate:
- previous reception or hospitality experience
- fluency in Swiss German and English
- strong communications skills
- positive and friendly manners
