We are seeking a highly skilled andexperienced Analyst/Associate to join or Global Advisory team in Zrich. Thisis a niqe opportnity to contribte to a dynamic and client-focsedenvironment, working alongside indstry experts to deliver exceptionalsoltions. Whatwill yo do?




Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Condct in-depth research and analysis of indstry and company data to spport corporate finance advisory & lending initiatives.

Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models for company valation and capital strctre analysis, aiding in decision-making for complex financial scenarios e.g. strctred financing, leveraged byots and M&A.

Pitch Preparation: Collaborate on the preparation of pitch books, transaction materials, and client presentations to clearly commnicate financial strategies and recommendations.

Client Relationship Management: Act as partner to bsiness owners and management, assist in preparing detailed memos and transaction docments, ensring high-qality deliverables that reflect the bank's commitment to excellence.

Transaction Exection: Spport the end-to-end exection of financing and advisory transactions, contribting to varios aspects of deal management and ensring seamless project completion.

Qalifications and Reqirements:

Edcational Backgrond: Masters degree in Corporate Finance or related field (or Bachelor's degree with eqivalent work experience), with solid academic credentials.

Professional Experience: at least years of relevant experience within corporate finance, investment banking, M&A, debt advisory or a related division in the bank, demonstrating strong nderstanding of finance principles.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong grasp of strctred finance, capital markets, and corporate finance concepts, inclding capital strctre and valation methodologies.



Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Bloomberg is highly beneficial.

Langage Skills: Flency in English and German; French is a pls.
