Job Description

• Manage end-to-end tracking of campaigns and incentive programmes
• Develop and maintain performance reports for distribution channels
• Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and timely delivery of reporting
• Handle queries from internal stakeholders and external distributors
• Conduct post-campaign analysis and reporting on performance outcomes
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and templates
• Support ad hoc reporting requests and prioritise deliverables effectively

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate, Distribution Performance Management should have:

• Diploma or higher in a relevant discipline
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions and Power Query)
• Experience with data visualisation or reporting tools (e.g., Qlik or similar)
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Independent, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
• Experience within the insurance industry (added advantage)
