APAC Platform Solutions Internship - Year Round

The Platform Solutions team within CME Group's Client Development & Sales (CD&S) division is responsible for selling CME's proprietary trading applications across all customer segments and asset-classes. This client-facing team seeks to grow market liquidity and volume by furthering the adoption and utilization of CME's industry-leading front-end trading technologies and workflows.

Intern will join the Platform Solution team based in Singapore interfacing with institutional traders and brokers across Asia-Pacific.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Discovery and early-stage validation of sales leads relating to platform products
• Support and execute regional sales campaign and customer outreach initiatives
• Assist in gathering internal and external data and compose thoughtful analysis
• Develop understanding of key products and customer segments
• Support sales administrative matters relating to driving business objectives

Qualifications:
• Undergraduate or graduate student. Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Prior internship experience and general knowledge around financial markets and derivatives
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• You pay attention to details and not afraid to dive deep into large spreadsheets and data outputs
• You have fluent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong Microsoft office skills (particularly Excel, Powerpoint)

Location and Hours:
• Singapore
• Minimum 3 day per week with capacity to work from office at least 2 days per week
