Job Description

Requirements Analysis & Elicitation

• Partner with Business stakeholders to define and document end-to-end journeys for blockchain-based use cases.
• Collaborate with Business Unit specialists to gather, analyse and validate business requirements for blockchain-based initiatives.
• Leverage blockchain knowledge to recommend target-state business and operational processes.
• Analyse and define detailed functional and non-functional requirements, working closely with technology teams on solution design and implementation.
• Identify, track and manage risks, issues and potential scope changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare business functional release notes and support deployment planning activities.

Team Collaboration

• Transition functional and non-functional requirements to System Analysts, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on business objectives and expected outcomes.
• Support System Analysts and project teams in understanding blockchain-related concepts and business requirements where required.
• Work with the Test Manager to translate business requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Support training and knowledge transfer activities relating to application enhancements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of application features, processes and business workflows, acting as a subject matter expert.

Testing & Scope Management

• Review and clarify test findings raised during testing and determine appropriate classification as defects or change requests.
• Conduct impact assessments and effort estimations for project change requests.
• Support solution validation and ensure requirements are accurately delivered through testing and implementation.

Job Requirements

• Strong business domain knowledge within banking and financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• Understanding and exposure to Tokenization, Digital Asset Trading, Digital Asset Custody, Smart Contract Development and Blockchain solutions preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Good understanding of technology and operational processes across banking functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
• Resourceful team player with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies, change management practices and business analysis disciplines.
• Effective communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient and adaptable, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Experience in requirements scoping and solution evaluation, including considerations around scalability, maintainability, operational impact and technology risk.
