Skills and Competencies

• Strong project management experience in client-facing delivery environments, preferably in SaaS, data, analytics, or technology solutions
• Ability to manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple initiatives
• Experience working with APIs, data platforms, or CRM and ERP systems
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• Structured and analytical mindset with the ability to translate requirements into delivery plans and outcomes
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Master's or MBA preferred
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum preferred

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of client implementation projects for data and AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with client outcomes and delivery commitments

• Lead delivery of client implementation projects across data, analytics, and API-driven solutions to achieve business outcomes
• Translate client requirements into delivery plans, workstreams, milestones, and success criteria
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution to ensure high-quality execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Support to ensure delivery alignment
• Apply Agile and project management practices to maintain governance, transparency, and flexibility
• Provide delivery tracking, reporting, and governance to ensure visibility and accountability
• Act as escalation point for delivery risks and client concerns, ensuring timely resolution
• Support pre-sales activities including scoping and delivery feasibility assessments
• Capture client feedback and insights to improve delivery methodologies and solutions
• Support adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices to improve efficiency and outcomes

About the Team
Our Solutions Delivery team is responsible for delivering client implementation projects for data and AI-enabled solutions, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business impact. You will collaborate across global teams and contribute to advancing AI-driven delivery capabilities within Moody's.
