HR Manager

On behalf of our client, an international pharmaceutical company based in Basel, Swisslinx is looking for a HR Manager

Your mission:

- Serve as a first point of contact for employees, managers and HR Business Partners in Switzerland and other countries in Europe and New Markets, providing high quality HR advice and guidance with a focus on excellent customer service on a wide range of HR activities and processes

- Manage core HR processes including on-boarding, off-boarding, absence management and benefit administration

- Responsible for creating new starter offer documentation and for processing all HR associated onboarding activities

- Provide subject matter expertise in HR processes, policies and systems

- Support annual HR processes including compensation planning and talent management

- Ensure compliance with appropriate data protection legislation at all times

- Liaise with internal departments and third-party service providers as necessary

- Identify process improvements by identifying issues, process delays and quality problems and recommending solutions

Your background:

- Relevant experience working in HR Operations in EMEA and a deep expertise of Swiss labour law

- Able to multitask yet remain detailed-oriented with sound time management skills

- Strong working knowledge of Workday HR modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding

- Business fluency in English AND German is required

- Preferably, HR related studies
