This is an otstanding opportnity to join or AI & Atomation team as an AI Engineer, helping to shape how artificial intelligence is applied across the bsiness.



As part of a growing specialist team, yo'll play a key role in designing, bilding and deploying innovative AI soltions that solve real bsiness challenges and deliver tangible vale. Working at the forefront of AI innovation, yo'll develop applications powered by Large Langage Models (LLMs), AI agents and other emerging technologies, creating intelligent prodcts and tools sed across the organisation.



Yo'll work closely with bsiness stakeholders, prodct teams and fellow engineers to nderstand complex problems, identify opportnities for AI-driven soltions, and translate ideas into scalable, prodction-ready applications. From soltion design and architectre throgh to development, deployment and optimisation, yo'll have the opportnity to contribte across the entire lifecycle of AI delivery.

What yo'll be doing:

Bild, develop, and deploy AI-powered soltions sing AWS services sch as Bedrock and SageMaker.

Collaborate with cross-fnctional teams to identify and prioritise bsiness problems sited to AI soltions.

Analyse complex data sets to derive insights and inform soltion design.

Monitor and improve the performance of AI applications in prodction.

Stay pdated with advancements in AI technologies and fondation model capabilities.

Write and maintain docmentation and training materials.

Coordinate third-party work to ensre it meets SJP's standards

Yo will be a highly motivated and natrally crios AI Engineer with a passion for applying emerging technologies to solve complex bsiness problems. Combining strong software engineering fndamentals with hands-on experience of AI and clod technologies, yo'll thrive in an environment where innovation, experimentation and continos learning are actively encoraged.



Yo will have a proven track record of designing, bilding and deploying prodction-grade applications, with experience working in Python and AWS-based environments. Yo'll be comfortable working with Large Langage Models (LLMs) and AI-powered soltions, and able to demonstrate how yo've applied these technologies to deliver meaningfl bsiness otcomes.


Essential Criteria:

Solid experience in AI and machine learning.

Experience working with AWS services, especially Bedrock and Sagemaker.

Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets.

Proven ability to bild, develop, and implement AI models.

Excellent commnication and docmentation skills.

Desirable Criteria:

Experience in deploying large langage models and AI agents into prodction.

Knowledge of responsible AI frameworks.

Previos experience in a matrix management environment.
