ICM Limited (“ICM”) is an international Fund Manager and Corporate Finance Adviser headquartered in Bermuda, with 10 offices globally and over 80 employees. ICM is an investment group built on a philosophy of value creation, vision and innovation, which started operations back in 1988. ICM has evolved to become a global organisation managing approximately US$1.6bn of assets held directly by ICM, with a further US$44.8bn held by investee and affiliated companies (as at 31 March, 2026).

We’re looking for a bright, curious Junior Data & AI Engineer to help build the next generation of data and AI tools across our investment business. This is an early-career role (graduate or 1–2 years’ experience), based in Epsom, Surrey for someone excited by the intersection of technology, data and investing – and keen to work on real-world problems from day one.

What you’ll do

You’ll work across a range of projects, combining data engineering, automation and AI to deliver practical solutions for our teams. This includes:

1. Building data pipelines, models and dashboards
2. Developing AI workflows and connectors
3. Integrating tools and systems across the business
4. Working directly with investment and business teams to solve problems end-to-end

What we’re looking for

We’re open to candidates from either side of the spectrum:

1. Technically strong with an interest in finance, or
2. Finance-focused with solid programming skills

You’ll ideally have:

1. A numerate or analytical degree
2. Working knowledge of Python and SQL
3. A genuine interest in data, AI and investment
4. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn

Exposure to data visualisation tools such as Power BI, cloud platforms such as Azure, or AI APIs is a plus – but curiosity and drive matter more.
