We Offer Asset Servicing Academy Graduate Role
Operations is a critical part of the bank, enabling access to a broad range of markets and financial products for our clients. Asset Servicing, a team within Operations, facilitate the servicing of a wide range of asset classes in multiple markets and platforms globally for Capital and Income events. Teams vary in size and focus across the division, but teamwork, attention to detail and a thirst to learn are key factors in our success.
Your strengths Inquisitiveness, innovation and problem solving skills are key traits across the Group Operations team. You will be extremely driven as an individual, and have great examples of your experiences as a collaborative team player in your studies and activities. Skills and experience in engineering, process-improvement, data analytics and technology are beneficial.
Your field of responsibility • You will train with you your cohort and the Asset Servicing teams across London and Wroclaw documenting processes on a new training platform for the benefit of future cohorts • You will provide support to the Investment Bank globally in Asset Servicing across, areas including Voluntary Corporate Actions, Mandatory Corporate Actions, Event Data Management, and strategic initiatives designed to improve the way we do things or meet changing regulatory requirements • You will help to develop and manage products, processes and services to our clients in ways that maximize profitability while minimizing risk • You will continually focus on improving productivity and efficiency while seeking new and innovative ways to support clients' changing needs • You will accomplish tasks with thoroughness, diligence and accuracy
