What the job involves

• Building and owning detailed financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses for prospective investments
• Analysing complex transaction structures (e.g. waterfalls, earn-outs, rights and royalty mechanics) and stress testing critical assumptions
• Conducting in-depth company and industry analysis, including evaluation of business models, market dynamics, and key value drivers
• Monitoring the performance of portfolio assets, analysing trends and identifying risks and opportunities

Who we are looking for

• Strong valuations and modelling experience from a buy-side environment
• A clear and demonstrable passion for the music and creative industries
• High degree of ownership and accountability, with the ability to work well in a small team
