Client Services Associate

We are working with a boutique asset manager who are looking to add a junior to their growing Client Services team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates with relevant asset management intern experience looking for an entry-level role.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the firm’s EMEA Client Group.
• Proactively record client information using the internal CRM system.
• Manage new account openings and respond to client queries.
• Coordinate fund documentation for UCITS funds.
• Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s strategies and how other functional teams are integrated in its business process.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and project work where necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials.
• Internship or placement year experience within asset management.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills with high attention to detail.
• Driven nature with desire to progress.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Passion for financial markets.
• Ability to perform under pressure
