A sustainability-led alternative assets and SME investment manager firm is looking to hire their next Data Analyst. With their prestigious offices based in central London, this is an exiting opportunity to kickstart your career in Finance/Data Analysing.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- ITS Finance lead on weekly investor allotments including cash transfers
- ITS Finance lead on investor redemptions and withdrawals including IFA fees
- Setting up payments for the above
- Preparing and uploading eFront data sheets
- ITS Finance Lead on eFront database maintenance
- Assisting the Finance Associate with automation
- Setting up investment drawdowns and invoice payments
- First line for investor/IFA queries and questionnaires
- Monitoring Sennen uploads and reporting missing data
- Managing relationship with the Depository and leading on the asset verification project
- Collating data for the ISAE3402 report and Company and Fund audits
- Ad hoc tasks as require
Skills & Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- Very high attention to detail
- Thorough and methodical
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience with IT systems
- Experience with eFront and/or Sennen preferred
