Our client, a Fintech central to OTC Derivative processing, is looking for a German speaker to service their DACH based clients.
My client is an integral part of the OTC Derivative post-trade community, providing a platform which has become the leading product in this infrastructure space. They are currently looking to hire a German speaker to join their client services team which acts as the first point of contact for client interaction with the company.
The role requires a strong problem solving mindset. You must be a logical thinker and enjoy finding new solutions to client problems, as well as doing deep dive analysis and troubleshooting to uncover potential issues.
The Job
- Liaising with Clients on all issues relating to the service (via email, phone and in person)
- Looking for new revenue opportunities with your current clients by increasing service usage and working closely with sales and product development.
- Trade data normalisation / handling
- Reviewing reconciliation output
- Ensuring structured and effective delivery of service
- Raising internal request for new functionalities and assisting in UAT testing
- Client training (current and new functionalities)
The Candidate
- Fluent German language skills essential.
- Proven customer relationship skills
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written.
- Ability to understand complex process flows and concepts, as well as the ability to explain these accurately and concisely to our clients
- Knowledge of OTC Derivatives trade processing life cycle is preferred
- The ability to interpret trade data as well as advanced spreadsheet functions
