Ours is an environment of outperformance. We achieve this not with targets and incentives, but by fostering a positive, supportive, fair, and open atmosphere.

We respect and value difference but insist on inclusivity. We celebrate all aspects of diversity and challenge any form of bias. This is vital to our ability to work as one team, with a common goal.

This role is based at the Linklaters London office with a hybrid working model available.

  • Supports FinOps governance activities by helping to maintain accurate tagging, cost allocation, ownership information and financial records

  • Collaborates with colleagues across technology, procurement and finance to improve the quality and accuracy of technology cost information.

  • Communicates data and findings clearly to a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders, with support from senior team members where appropriate.

About you

  • Experience working with data, reporting, finance, technology, procurement or operational information, with the ability to gather, analyse and interpret information from multiple sources.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify trends, patterns and anomalies.

  • Good understanding of financial management, budgeting or reporting processes, with an interest in developing knowledge of FinOps and technology cost management practices.

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to prepare, maintain and present data, metrics and management information.

  • An interest in cloud technologies, AI services and technology financial management, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise in FinOps principles and practices.

  • Experience in a PMO, finance, procurement, business analysis, reporting or technology support environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
