Weare now looking for a Manager, Senior Manager or Director with strong Financial Servicesconsulting experience to join our growing UK Financial Services team.




How you will create impact:

• As Senior Manager or Director, you will be leading our consulting projects in this specialist area


• Alongside project delivery,you will have the opportunity to be involved in business developmentactivities, working alongside sector colleagues


• Once fully on-boarded, youwill be managing one to two project teams and handling client relationshipsunder the guidance of Partners and/or Senior Directors


• You will be creating content and assisting in client acquisition and retention, to help continue the growth of our FS practice across commercial banking


• You will be sharing your specialist knowledge with our early career hires, developing them as professionals and supporting them to develop FS sector exposure and knowledge

Your profile:

• Substantial work experience in consulting or in-house product/commercial strategy roles in Banking, Payments or WealthManagement


• 2+ years of leading and managing teams alongside senior stakeholder relationships, including cultivating trusted client relationships


• Experience in managing consulting projects concurrently


• Proven track record of assisting impactful business development activities


• Exceptional project management skills and motivation to build and support high performing teams


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Entrepreneurial, curiousand with a commitment to delivering for clients


• Outstanding communication skills, able to take complex ideas and make them simple and compelling


• A strong desire to work in a fast paced commercially agile environment


• Strong interest and experience in commercially focused growth topics


• Ability to develop and deliver new thought leadership in collaboration with peers in the Financial Services practice
