We are lookingfor RN Specialist- Medical Services for an immediate need.








Required Skills:




Required–Registered Nurse with a minimum of 4 years' clinical experience




RegisteredNurse with acute and inpatient bedside experience preferred




Bachelor orMaster of Nursing preferred.




Excellentclinical judgment and ability to interpret, synthesize and communicate clinicalinformation and safetydata in a scientifically sound and understandable way.




Strongknowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, human body systems and diseaseprocesses




Basicknowledge of general principles of adverse events, product quality, medicalinformation, and Food andDrug Administration (FDA) regulations.




Expertclinical assessment skills with the capacity to triage calls and circumstancesappropriately.




Robustcritical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to make prompthigh-level decisions.




Ability toacquire and assimilate knowledge in different disciplines, disease andtherapeutic areas.




Experienceworking with Pharma company; (healthcare experience will be considered too).




Contact centerexperience with inbound/outbound voice programs involving patient and healthcare providers.








Responsibilities:


Identify andcollect adverse event and/or Product Quality information and complete thein-take of pharmacovigilance Safety Report in Client Safety Systems through athorough telephonic patient assessment andevaluation of information.




Ensurescientific rigor through accurate, complete and consistent data entry ofmedical information through numerous adverse event reports and notes withemphasis on timeliness and quality in order to meet regulatory demands.




Review andevaluate case information for medical completeness and accuracy prior to theappropriate completion of processing through pushing, triaging or escalation ofall AE reports within a rigid regulatory mandated timeframe.




Respond tomedical information requests using approved resources and documentation inClient medical information systems.




Identifyproduct quality and device complaints and document in Client s product/devicecomplaint systems.




Compliancewith departmental guidelines, SOPs, ongoing training, and regulatoryguidelines.




Effectivelycommunicate by actively listening to acquire information and understandanother's viewpoint to communicate clearly and establish rapport withcustomers, colleagues, and interdepartmental groups.




Strong verbalcommunication skills with external and internal customers.




Prepare andcommunicate timely and accurate information with customers using variousplatforms.




Understandsand assimilates information to accurately respond to situations by providingfair and unbiasedscientific data to customers.




Completesfollow up reports and response documentation in a timely, concise, andobjective manner.




Use ofmultiple databases to document adverse event, medical information, and productcomplaint information.




Identify andcommunicate possible issues to Team Leaders and Manager.




May assist intraining others on specific, non-complex, process or database.




Co-ordinatewith team on problem solving and improvement initiatives.




Responsiblefor completion of day-to-day work and process flows within the agreed servicelevels (SLAs.
